8. Venue. Any dispute subject to Binding Arbitration will take place in San Bangladesh County, Dhaka. For any other judicial action that may arise between you and Contexto Answer, or for which our Binding Arbitration clause is found not to apply, both you and Contexto Answer agree to submit to the venue and personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Bangladesh County, Dhaka.
9. General Representation and Warranty. 15. Survival of Terms. These Terms continue to apply, even after you close your account or cease using the Service.
